Tyler Herro scores 24 points in efficient season debut

Tyler Herro returned to action for his season debut on Monday, leading the Heat in scoring during their win over the Mavericks. He finished with 24 points on a highly efficient 12-of-18 shooting from the field, while also chipping in seven rebounds and three steals.
Fantasy Impact:
Despite the strong scoring output, Herro's line left plenty of room for growth. He did not attempt a free throw, failed to record an assist, and did not make a three-pointer in the contest. The fact that he was so productive without contributing in those typical categories is an encouraging sign as he continues to reintegrate himself into the rotation.
