Ausar Thompson filled the stat sheet for the Pistons Friday night, grabbing six rebounds, blocking two shots, recording two steals, dishing out one assist, and chipping in 12 points (5-9 FG, 2-2 FT) in a 142-115 win over the Hawks.

Thompson continues a modest stretch on both ends of the floor, finishing with one or more steals, one or more assists, four or more rebounds, and eight or more points in each of his last five games. The forward continues to offer head coach J.B. Bickerstaff one of many impactful options as part of a versatile Detroit starting five, averaging 11.8 points, 1.5 steals, 3.0 assists, and 6.0 rebounds per game to go along with a usage rate of 18.0% so far this season.
