Jimmy Butler efficient in win, carries offense early

Jimmy Butler provided a steady hand in Monday's victory over the Magic, finishing with 21 points on efficient 7-of-9 shooting. He added three rebounds, three assists, one block, and a three-pointer while converting 6-of-7 from the free-throw line.
Fantasy Impact:
The veteran forward did the bulk of his damage in the first half, scoring 16 points to buoy the offense while teammate Stephen Curry struggled with his shot. However, as Curry caught fire in the third quarter, Butler shifted into a secondary role, limiting his overall volume. Despite some inconsistent stretches this season, Butler is currently returning third-round value in eight-category leagues and will look to deliver a complete performance when the Warriors face the Mavericks on Christmas Day.
