Ja Morant did everything he could to will the Grizzlies to victory in Tuesday’s 139-136 overtime loss to the 76ers, erupting for a season-high 40 points (16-of-22 FGs, 8-of-10 FTs) along with two rebounds, three assists, and two steals.
Fantasy Impact:
Morant was unstoppable down the stretch, scoring 18 points in the fourth quarter to force the extra period and adding another six in overtime. While the result wasn't what Memphis hoped for, the efficiency was staggering. Health remains the primary caveat for Morant, but performances like this remind fantasy managers of his elite ceiling when he stays on the floor.
