Tyler Herro returns from 11-game absence with 17 points

Tyler Herro made his return to the court Tuesday after missing 11 games with a right toe injury, contributing 17 points (7-of-15 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), nine rebounds, and three assists across 28 minutes off the bench in Miami's blowout loss to Minnesota. In his first game action since December 9, Herro looked comfortable overall despite connecting on just 1-of-4 from beyond the arc.
Fantasy Impact:
The defeat was an ugly one for the Heat, who shot just 35.7 percent as a team and failed to reach 100 points. Herro's season has been derailed by injuries, limiting him to just seven appearances after suiting up for 77 of 82 games last year. Moving forward, he shouldn't face significant minutes restrictions as he works his way back into rhythm.
