Cooper Flagg briefly exited Tuesday's game in the third quarter after colliding knees with Sacramento's Precious Achiuwa, but following time on the exercise bike, he returned to finish with 20 points (8-of-15 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), eight rebounds, six assists, one steal, and two three-pointers in Dallas' win over the Kings. His biggest contribution came late when he dished to Brandon Williams for the game-winning three-pointer with 33.9 seconds remaining.
Fantasy Impact:
The rookie's facilitating has been exceptional in his second opportunity running the point for Dallas' starting unit. Across those two games, he's dished out 12 assists while committing only three turnovers, showing the kind of efficient playmaking that could help him reach his preseason expectations if he maintains this level of performance.
