Carter is absent from Orlando's injury report ahead of Thursday's contest with Memphis in Berlin, clearing him to play after sitting out Sunday's victory over New Orleans with a minor hip issue. Across his last 15 games, the center has posted averages of 13.7 points, 8.0 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 0.8 steals and 0.7 blocks while shooting 51.3 percent from the field over 31.4 minutes per game.
