The Grizzlies announced Wednesday that Pippen is making strong progress from left big toe surgery with an expected availability timeline of 4-to-6 weeks for game action. The 25-year-old guard underwent a sesamoidectomy on Oct. 21 to address discomfort in the toe and has yet to make his 2025-26 debut. His three-month post-procedure re-evaluation has now passed, with the new timeline extending his absence further. (Grizzlies PR)
Fantasy Impact:
With Pippen, Ty Jerome (calf) and Ja Morant (calf) all sidelined, Cam Spencer continues handling primary point guard duties for Memphis. The recovery from October's surgery has kept Pippen out through mid-January with at least another month required before his season debut.
