Michael Porter Jr. erupts for season-high 38 points Thursday

Michael Porter Jr. scored a season-high 38 points (13-28 FG, 7-15 3PT, 5-5 FT) and grabbed 10 rebounds in the Nets' 107-103 loss to Denver on Thursday. Porter Jr. also added three assists, two steals, and two blocks.

Following his then season-high 36 points on Tuesday, Porter Jr. upped himself with a 38-point effort on Thursday - one point shy of his career-high. It was his third 30-point effort in the last four games and his eighth double-double of the season. In his first year with Brooklyn, Porter Jr. is averaging career-bests in points (25.6), rebounds (7.3), assists (3.2), triples (3.8), steals (1.1), and free throw percentage (.851), turning himself into a fantasy superstar.
