Derik Queen posted a near double-double for the Pelicans Friday night, grabbing eight rebounds and scoring 17 points (6-11 FG, 4-4 3PT, 1-2 FT) while also blocking one shot and dishing out three assists in a 119-115 win over the Timberwolves.

Queen continues a modest stretch on both ends of the floor, finishing with three or more assists, three or more rebounds, and six or more points in each of his last five games. The 21-year-old continues to make the most of his stable role as part of an underwhelming New Orleans starting five, averaging 12.3 points, 4.3 assists, and 7.3 rebounds per game to go along with a usage rate of 21.8% so far this season.
