Daniss Jenkins signs two-year standard contract with Pistons

Two-way guard Daniss Jenkins has signed a two-year deal with the Detroit Pistons with a club option for 2026-27. In a corresponding move, the Pistons are waiving veteran Dario Saric. (Shams Charania on X)

After averaging 1.0 points in seven games as an undrafted rookie last year, Jenkins is posting 8.2 points, 1.8 rebounds, and 3.3 assists in 42 contests this season. Jenkins has reached double figures in scoring in 15 games and Detroit is 12-3 in those contests.
