Reed Sheppard posts historic stat line in win over Washington
by Bruno Mulé | Rockets Correspondent | Tue, Mar 3rd 9:00am EST
Sheppard became just the fourth player since 2000 to put up at least 19 points, 10 assists, seven rebounds, six steals, and two blocks in a single game — joining Nikola Jokić, James Harden, and Andrei Kirilenko. He finished with 19 points (7-of-18 FGs, 1-of-2 FTs), 10 assists, seven rebounds, six steals, four three-pointers, and two blocks in Monday's win over the Wizards.
Fantasy Impact:
The timing is a bit awkward though — coach Ime Udoka indicated he may go back to his regular starting five once Jabari Smith Jr. (ankle) returns, and Smith is expected to be available as soon as Thursday against the Warriors.
