Glenn Robinson III
F - PHI
The Sacramento Kings have agreed to a deal with free-agent forward Glenn Robinson III.
The 26-year-old former second-round pick ended last season with the 76ers after being traded away from Golden State in February. The Kings will be the sixth different team that Robinson has played for during his career and provides Sacramento with some wing depth and solid shooting. Despite providing some low-end fantasy value for a depleted Warriors team early on last season, he is unlikely to provide much fantasy value in Sacramento.
Sixers forward Glenn Robinson III is expected to miss 7-10 days with an oblique muscle strain.
A hip pointer forced Robinson III to miss six of the Sixers eight seeding games and now he has been diagnosed with a strained oblique muscle. With the 26-year-old set to be reevaluated in 7-10 days, it's a real possibility that he is forced to miss the Sixers first four playoff games against the Boston Celtics. Furkan Korkmaz should see extended playing time in his absence.
Glenn Robinson III (hip) is listed as out on the 76ers injury report ahead of Wednesday's contest against the Washington Wizards.
Robinson III will miss his third consecutive game with a nagging hip injury. Matisse Thybulle and Furkan Korkmaz will continue to soak up Robinson's minutes while he continues to make his way back to the Sixers lineup.
Sixers forward Glenn Robinson III has been ruled out of Saturday's game against the Pacers due to a hip injury.
No surprise here, as Robinson III was considered doubtful heading into Saturday due to the bothersome hip. With Mike Scott (knee) being ruled out as well, the Sixers will likely look to Mathisse Thybulle and Alec Burks to see extended run off the bench. Robinson's next chance to return will come Monday against the Spurs.
76ers F Glenn Robinson III is listed as doubtful to play against the Pacers on Saturday as he continues to recover from an injury to his left hip.
Robinson III provides veteran bench depth for the 76ers, and his absence will likely result in more minutes for Furkan Korkmaz, Matisse Thybulle, and Alec Burks. Korkmaz would have the best opportunity to contribute for DFS purposes due to his ability to knock down three-pointers for the second unit but is merely a flier. Robinson III's next chance to play will be Monday versus the San Antonio Spurs.
