Gorgui Dieng scored a team-high 15 points (3-7 FG, 1-3 3PT, 8-8 FT) to go along with four rebounds, two assists, a steal, and a block in Saturday's blowout loss to the Suns.
Dieng saw an increase in minutes in Saturday's blowout as the game was quickly out of reach for the Grizzlies. He's only logged 15 points in four games this season and the 23 minutes was the sixth-most he's seen in a game all season. With Jonas Valanciunas and rookie Xavier Tillman ahead of Dieng on the depth chart, the 31-year-old center doesn't have much relevance in fantasy.
Gorgui Dieng recorded 15 points (4-7 FG, 2-3 3PT, 5-7 FT), seven rebounds, three assists, two blocks, and a steal in Saturday's win over the Spurs.
Dieng saw a season-high 27 minutes with Jonas Valanciunas sidelined and turned in his best performance of the season. He logged season-highs in rebounds, assists, and blocks while coming up one point short of his season-high 17 points. He'll make for a great DFs play on Monday against the Spurs if Valanciunas is forced to miss that game.
Gorgui Dieng logged 18 minutes and put up seven points (2-5 FG, 1-2 3PT, 2-2 FT), four rebounds, three assists, and two steals in Thursday's loss to the Cavaliers.
Dieng has played between 18 and 24 minutes in his last five games, giving some clarity to his limited role. Although he does a great job at racking up rebounds, his playing time keeps him from being relevant in most fantasy leagues.
Gorgui Dieng amassed 17 points (6-10 FG, 2-5 3PT, 3-3 FT), six rebounds, two assists, and a steal in Wednesday's 126-107 loss to the Celtics.
In a game that quickly got out of hand, Dieng saw his season-high with 24 minutes after not logging more than 14 in any prior game. His big night is mostly due to that and can't be relied on consistently. He should still remain on your league's waiver wire.
Gorgui Dieng recorded five points (2-5 FG, 1-3 3PT) and two rebounds in Saturday's loss to the Hawks.
The big man blocked two shots in his last outing, but after seeing the court for just 12 and seven minutes he's going to be tough to rely on in fantasy leagues. He had a few solid games last year in Minneapolis when Karl Anthony-Towns was out, but he's buried deep on the depth chart in Memphis and would need a few injuries ahead of him to be relevant in fantasy.
