Jose Alvarado is off the injury report for Tuesday’s game against the Timberwolves.
Fantasy Impact
Alvarado won't miss any time despite getting banged up in Sunday’s loss to the Lakers. He should remain in his usual reserve role.
Jose Alvarado scored 24 points (9-15 FG, 6-11 3PT) to go with five rebounds and two steals in Wednesday's loss to the Grizzlies.
Fantasy Impact
After coming close to a triple-double in Monday's game, Alvarado followed up by setting a new season high in points. Over the two games so far this week, the fifth-year guard has put up a combined 40 points, 13 rebounds, 10 assists, and four steals. If he gets significant minutes off the bench, Alvarado has shown he can fill up the stat sheet.
Jose Alvarado scored 18 points (6-12 FG, 3-8 3PT, 3-3 FT) and dished out three assists in Sunday's 124-106 loss to the Golden State Warriors.
Fantasy Impact
Alvarado came off of the bench for New Orleans on Sunday, but he was still able to have a good performance against the Warriors. He finished with 18 points and three steals and was able to maintain good efficiency throughout. He doesn't project to be a quality fantasy asset for the foreseeable future, however.
Jose Alvarado provided a much-needed spark off the bench in Tuesday's win over the Hornets, finishing with 18 points (7-of-11 FG), six assists, three rebounds, and two steals in a season-high 30 minutes. Alvarado hit four three-pointers, including the go-ahead basket with 15.4 seconds remaining.
Fantasy Impact
The 27-year-old has taken a backseat to rookie starter Jeremiah Fears to begin the season, but he showed his potential in this contest. The Pelicans' bench played well, as Saddiq Bey also chipped in 17 points and Karlo Matković added 13.
Jose Alvarado scored 14 points (5-16 FG, 1-9 3PT, 3-3 FT) to go along with three rebounds, four assists and two steals in the Pelicans 115-100 win over the Thunder.
Fantasy Impact
Alvarado didn't have the best end to the season as he both struggled from deep as well as with ball security as he committed six turnovers. His role next year partially depends on the health status of Dejounte Murray.
