Per the NBA Injury Report, Josh Okogie is listed as questionable to go on Sunday vs the Pistons.
Fantasy Impact
Okogie continues to deal with a right quad injury that has cost him the previous three matchups. Pre-injury, the veteran saw his minutes dwindling into the high-single digits. Whether he plays or not doesn't come with much of a fantasy impact.
Per the Timberwolves PR, Josh Okogie is questionable for their upcoming game against the Pistons with a right quad contusion.
Fantasy Impact
Okogie missed his second consecutive game last night with the quad injury and he remains on the injury report going into tomorrow's game. Okogie is by no means a fixture in fantasy basketball, but it would be great to see him back on the court. Taurean Prince was among the players to step up and could be a sneaky DFS play if he can keep up his momentum.
Per Dane Moore, Josh Okogie will be missing his second game in a row after being declared out for tonight's contest against Denver.
Fantasy Impact
Okogie has not been relevant this season when it comes to fantasy purposes. He has played solid role player minutes and played tough defense when asked upon, but his absence does not open too many doors for fantasy.
According to the Timberwolves social account, Josh Okogie (Back Spasms) is questionable for the Timberwolves tilt against the Sacramento Kings on Wednesday.
Fantasy Impact
Okogie is averaging 15 minutes so far this season and only three PPG and three RPG. Okogie’s minutes would be spread around if he were to miss time but Okogie is currently not worth of any fantasy value regardless of whether he plays or not.
Timberwolves' G Josh Okogie had 7 points (2-2 FG, 1-1 3PT, 2-3 FT), one rebound, one assist, one block, and four steals in Tuesday's loss to the Nets.
Fantasy Impact
Although a lackluster night offensively, Okogie provided the T-Wolves much-needed defensive tenacity against the Nets. This is the fourth time this season that Okogie has nabbed four or more steals, but regardless, he should remain on the waiver wire for now.
