Raul Neto in starting five for Thursday’s game

Raul Neto is in the starting five for Thursday’s game against the Nets.

Fantasy Impact

Neto will start for Ben Simmons (back), who was ruled out for Thursday’s game against the Nets earlier today. He is averaging 3.9 points, 1.1 rebounds and 1.5 assists across 44 games this year. Neto can be used as a streamer and is intriguing DFS option for Thursday’s slate.

Raul Neto goes off for season-high 19 points

Raul Neto furnished 19 points (7-10 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 2-2 FT), two rebounds, two assists and a steal across 21 minutes in the 76ers’ 115-104 win over the Warriors on Tuesday.

Fantasy Impact

Neto logged his second most minutes of the season while easily scoring his most points of the 2019-20 campaign. Over the last four games, Neto has seen the court 16.5 minutes per contest and looks to have secured a role in the rotation as the primary backup point guard. That role unfortunately hasn't led to much fantasy success, and the Brazilian guard can be left on the waiver wire.

Raul Neto drops 11 in 12 minutes

Raul Neto finished with 11 points and a rebound over 12 minutes in the Sixers’ 119-113 loss to the Wizards on Thursday night.

Fantasy Impact

11 points in 12 minutes was the most impressive scoring display from Neto that we’ve seen this season, and it’s not likely he’ll surpass it. In a night where the scoring was dominated by the starters, Neto had more than half of the bench points. Usually, however, he’s the third or fourth scoring option out of the Sixers’ backups.

Raul Neto returns to bench role

Raul Neto returned to the bench and scored two points (1-3 FG, 0-2 3pt) across 13 minutes in the Sixers’ 98-97 win over the Cavaliers on Tuesday night.

Fantasy Impact

Neto is the primary backup point guard for the Sixers without a doubt. He’s playing better basketball than Trey Burke and filling the role that Brett Brown needs him to play. With that said, he doesn’t provide any viable fantasy value on a regular basis.

Raul Neto sparks Jazz after Rubio leaves against the Clippers

Raul Neto came off the bench replacing Ricky Rubio who left the game with a tight left hamstring and did not return. He scored 10 points on 4-of-8 shooting and 2-of-4 from three-point land. In 18 minutes, he added five rebounds and two assists while the Jazz beat the Clippers 111-105.

Fantasy Impact

Neto could be worth an addition for fantasy owners if Ricky Rubio is expected to miss any time after leaving the game on Wednesday. Keep an eye on Rubio's status in the coming days to gauge the value of Neto in the short-term future.
