Ricky Rubio started but played just 20 minutes in Thursday's win over the Mavericks, scoring seven points (2-6 FG, 2-5 3PT, 1-1 FT) to go along with two rebounds, 12 dimes, one steal, and one turnover.
The Suns cruised past the Mavericks today, going 8-0 in the re-start. Rubio has played really well in the Bubble, particularly in the last four games, where he's averaged 9.2 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 9.8 assists per contest. Rubio and the Suns will be rooting for the Nets to beat the Trail Blazers Thursday night for an opportunity to face the Grizzlies in a Play-In game Saturday.
Ricky Rubio racked up 16 points (6-11 FG, 2-5 3PT, 2-2 FT), five rebounds, ten assists, and one block over 28 minutes of play Tuesday as the Suns topped the 76ers.
The Suns' point guard put up a solid performance and continues his strong play in the bubble. While he rarely puts up huge point totals, he almost always delivers in the peripheral stat categories. He remains a solid fantasy play when he takes the court against Dallas in their seeding round finale Thursday.
Ricky Rubio played just 20 minutes Monday against the Thunder, but still managed to lead his team with nine assists. He added seven points (2-5 FG, 3-4 FT) with five rebounds, one steal, and four turnovers.
Rubio played modestly well in this one, but only saw 20 minutes as Cameron Payne and Jevon Carter managed to see 32 and 37 minutes respectively off the bench for Phoenix. His minutes are trending in the wrong direction, but the Suns are 6-0 in the Bubble, so they're doing something right. He may not be putting up huge stat lines, but Rubio and the Suns are doing something right. They get to face a short-handed 76ers team without at least Ben Simmons, Joel Embiid, and Josh Richardson Tuesday.
Ricky Rubio registered seven points (3-9 FG, 1-3 3PT) 10 rebounds, six assists, one steal and one block in Saturday's 119-112 win over the Heat.
Rubio didn't provide much in the scoring department, but pulled down 10 rebounds and dished out eight assists in Saturday's win. It was the first time he failed to reach double figures during the Orlando restart. Rubio is averaging 14.6 points, 5.4 rebounds, 6.4 assists and 1.6 triples during that span. The Suns next scheduled game is Monday against the Thunder.
Ricky Rubio scored 18 points (7-14 FG, 3-4 3PT, 1-1 FT) to go along with three rebounds and four assists Tuesday.
His peripheral stats weren't as high as usual Tuesday, but Rubio still managed to up enough points to be fantasy relevant. He isn't likely to win you a fantasy matchup, but he's probably not going to lose it for you either.
