Stephen Curry
G - GSW - OUT
Ownership
Eligibility
Steph Curry underwent a successful follow-up surgery on his broken hand to have pins removed from his first surgery.
Fantasy Impact
According to Charania, Curry remains "on track to be re-evaluated in February." If he does return this season, Curry won't be available until after the All-Star Break. Golden State currently owns the worst record in the NBA at 4-19, so it wouldn't be surprising for Curry to be held out the entire year for precautionary measures in what's turned into a lost season.
Steph Curry underwent successful surgery on his broken left hand this morning and will be re-evaluated in three months.
Fantasy Impact
It’s a devastating blow for a franchise already without Klay Thompson and playing in the wake of Kevin Durant’s free agent exodus. With the season likely lost, Curry may be held out the entire year to get healthy in preparation of a run in 2020-21 with a recovered Thompson. In the meantime, Draymond Green and D’Angelo Russell will handle an enormous workload, while rookies Eric Paschall and Jordan Poole will he thrown into the fire immediately with increased minutes.
Stephen Curry has been officially diagnosed with a broken his left hand after a hard fall in the 3rd quarter against the Suns.
Fantasy Impact
The Warriors' worst fears have been confirmed, as the star point guard will be out for the foreseeable future. No timetable has been provided, but the team outlook just became much bleaker.
Steph Curry has been taken out of the game against the Phoenix Suns after suffering an apparent wrist injury. In 21 minutes of action, Curry accumulated nine points (3-11 FG, 1-7 3PT, 2-2 FT), six rebounds, five assists, two blocks, and a steal.
Fantasy Impact
Midway through the 3rd quarter, Curry collided with Suns' big man Aron Bayne on a drive to the basket and hurt his wrist trying to brace his fall. He was in so much pain that he was unable to take his foul shots and was immediately ruled out of the game. Only time will tell how severe this injury is.
Stephen Curry registered 26 points (9-17 FG, 4-10 3PT, 4-4 FT), pulled down three rebounds, handed out 11 assists, and had three steals in an easy win against New Orleans.
Fantasy Impact
This was easily Curry's best performance of the season, as he shot north of 50% from the field and recorded more assists than the previous two games combined. It helped that five of his teammates reached double figures, but don't expect regular strong offensive nights from very many players not named Stephen Curry or D'Angelo Russell as the season progresses.
