Terance Mann ended up with 13 points (5-8 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 1-4 FT) with nine rebounds, three steals, and one assist across 30 minutes as the Clippers took down the Kings 138-100 on Friday.
The Clippers were missing a few key players in Patrick Beverley and Lou Williams and due to the lopsided nature of the game, a lot of reserves got extended run. Mann made the most of his 30 minutes, falling one rebound shy of a double-double while picking up three steals and 62.5-percent from the field. This was his best game of the early season, by far. Mann simply doesn't get enough consistent playing time to warrant fantasy consideration, however.
Terance Mann provided just four points (2-6 FG) with four rebounds, three assists, and one block across 25 minutes of play as the Clippers took care of the Timberwolves 124-101 on Tuesday.
Mann logged a season-high 25 minutes due to the lopsided nature of the game but didn't have much to show for it in the box score. He chipped in four boards, three assists, and a block but the second-year guard is buried on the Clippers loaded roster. He's not worth any fantasy consideration.
Terance Mann logged 25 points (8-12 FG, 1-3 3PT, 8-13 FT), 14 rebounds, nine assists, and two steals in Friday's 107-103 overtime win over the Thunder.
Mann led the team in points, rebounds, and assists. He logged 42 minutes after averaging just 8.0 during the regular season. With Paul George taking the night off, Mann did his best impression and had the most exciting game of his rookie season. He came up one assist shy of getting his first career triple-double, but the FSU product showed that he can be an asset during the playoffs and may have earned himself a few more minutes going forward.
Terance Mann underwent hand surgery in March and said he is back “full time, full contact”. His role would be very minimal once the NBA restarts.
Mann has not played much this season. He is averaging 7.7 minutes, 1.6 points, 0.9 rebounds, and 1.1 assists per game. Since he is coming back from injury, his role will likely decrease.
Terance Mann had been dealing with the nagging injury for quite some time before re-aggravating it back on March 8th in a G-League game.
As of right now there is no timetable for his return but a six-week recovery time is typical for these types of injuries. Despite the surgery and lengthy recovery he won't miss any playing as the G-League season was canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic. Mann has plenty of time to get right before next season as he'll attempt to crack the Clippers loaded roster.
