Draymond Green “stuffs” the stat-sheet in loss to the Lakers
Draymond Green totaled two points (0-5 FG, 0-1 3PT, 2-2 FT), nine rebounds, eight assists, three steals, and three blocks in the Warriors' 103-100 loss to the Lakers on Wednesday.
Green “stuffed” the stat-sheet in the Warriors’ loss to the Lakers, successfully contributing impactful value across every performance category. Like much of the year, he didn’t do much by way of scoring; however, he used his versatility to effectively facilitate on offense and powerfully defend on defense. Even though he did what he needed to do to position the team for the win, his lack of ball protection heavily contributed to a total of 20.0 turnovers for the Warriors leading to their untimely defeat. He will look to “rebound” from this effort and “assist” the team in a big way against the Grizzlies, a team he got the better of recently. Green is a must-consider fantasy play with must-start upside and should be a popular play in their upcoming bout.
