Fantasy Impact: The Washington Commanders entered the 2026 NFL Draft with a need at running back. While they missed out on Jeremiyah Love, the Commanders got a steal with Kaytron Allen in the sixth round. His 4,180 rushing yards at Penn State are the most in school history, ahead of several big-name stars, including Saquon Barkley. He will split the backfield work with last year's seventh-round pick, Jacory Croskey-Merritt. Allen could be this year's Kyle Monangai and potentially better for fantasy players.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have selected TE Bauer Sharp with the No. 185 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.
Fantasy Impact: With a run on tight ends, the Buccaneers traded up with the Raiders to jump into the mix and land Sharp at No. 185. The tight end from LSU caught 24 passes in 2025 after catching 42 passes with Oklahoma in 2024. He has good hands and can stretch the field, but did not produce eye-popping numbers in college. Sharp is also going to need some time to develop into a better blocker. Sharp will likely use 2026 to develop and grow.

Fantasy Impact: The Cleveland Browns have no shortage of quarterbacks after drafting two in last year's draft. However, Taylen Green will likely never play quarterback for the Browns. Instead, expect Cleveland to turn Green into a do-it-all gadget player to take advantage of his athletic abilities. Fantasy players in deeper dynasty leagues should consider Green a late-round sleeper pick in rookie drafts.
The Miami Dolphins have selected TE Seydou Traore with the No. 180 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.
Fantasy Impact: Traore caught 69 passes in two seasons at Mississippi State, hauling in a career-best five touchdowns last season. He averaged just over 10 yards per catch with the Bulldogs, and, while he can stretch the field, he performs better on underneath routes where he can pick up some yards after the catch. Traore is the second tight end drafted by the Dolphins in this year's draft, so it remains to be seen how he's utilized.

Fantasy Impact: The Philadelphia Eagles have a history of developing backup quarterbacks. Cole Payton might be the next on the list, but he will have to beat out Tanner McKee and Andy Dalton for a roster spot behind Jalen Hurts on the depth chart.
The Miami Dolphins have selected WR Kevin Coleman Jr. with the No. 177 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.
Fantasy Impact: Coleman Jr. had a productive collegiate career, finishing with a 66-catch season at Missouri in 2025. He has good speed, but not top-end elite speed and his lack of size (5-10, 179) projects him to operate out of the slot in the NFL. However, he has excellent hands and can make defenders miss in the open field. The Dolphins have had a massive overhaul in their wide receiver room this offseason, so Coleman adds another player in the rotation heading into 2026.

Fantasy Impact: The Kansas City Chiefs have two big-name wide receivers on the roster in Rashee Rice and Xavier Worthy. However, the depth behind them is thin. Cyrus Allen should compete with Tyquan Thornton and Jalen Royals for the No. 3 wide receiver role as a rookie. Allen's versatility should give him an edge in the competition.
The Baltimore Ravens have selected RB Adam Randall with the No. 174 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.
Fantasy Impact: Randall (6-3, 232) transitioned from wide receiver to running back in 2025, so he is still learning the position. However, his size, speed, and strength make him a high-upside pick late in the fifth round. And, with his receiving background, he is an excellent pass catcher out of the backfield. Randall is a north-south runner who is tough to bring down when he keeps a low center of gravity. While Derrick Henry is showing no signs of slowing down, he's not getting any younger. Randall will have a year or two to grow into the position.

Fantasy Impact: The Baltimore Ravens lost two tight ends in free agency. While they address the loss of Isaiah Likely by drafting two big-body mid-round wide receivers, the Ravens still need to replace Charlie Kolar. Josh Cuevas will fill that void perfectly. Unfortunately, he won't have any meaningful fantasy value, even in the deepest of leagues.
The Cleveland Browns have selected TE Joe Royer with the No. 170 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.
Fantasy Impact: Royer heads to Cleveland from the University of Cincinnati where he caught 79 passes in two seasons with the Bearcats. The tight end is an excellent pass catcher on short to intermediate routes who has good enough speed to pick up yardage after the catch. Harold Fannin Jr. had an excellent season in Cleveland last year and is expected to be the starter. However, the TE2 position is wide open and Royer could have an opportunity to pounce on that role.

Fantasy Impact: The Pittsburgh Steelers have arguably the best blocking tight end in the NFL. However, Riley Nowakowski could give Darnell Washington a run for his money. Unfortunately, Nowakowski likely has no long-term fantasy value.
The Detroit Lions have selected WR Kendrick Law with the No. 168 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.
Fantasy Impact: Law led Kentucky in receiving yards (540) last season after transferring from Alabama. He is an explosive receiver, possessing good burst off the line of scrimmage. He also has good hands, though he is not super elusive once he gets the ball. Law goes to one of the best offenses in the NFL, but there is a bit of a logjam at the wide receiver position in Detroit. He'll see time in the rotation, but it may not be a lot right out of the gate.

Fantasy Impact: Many expected the Tennessee Titans to land Jeremiyah Love in the first round. Instead, they wait until the fifth round to grab Nicholas Singleton. The former Penn State star's draft stock slipped after suffering a broken foot at the NFL Combine. However, he could be a sneaky dynasty draft target, as Tony Pollard and Tyjae Spears are heading into the final year of their contracts.
The Jacksonville Jaguars have selected TE Tanner Koziol with the No. 164 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.
Fantasy Impact: Koziol had a productive collegiate career, earning All-MAC honors in all three seasons at Ball State before catching 74 passes for Houston in his final year. Koziol has good hands but has trouble shedding tackles so he doesn't add much in yards after the catch. With his size (6-6, 247), he has upside as a blocker, but needs to work on his technique. Koziol is the second tight end taken by the Jaguars in the draft, so he's likely viewed as a developmental player heading into 2026.

Fantasy Impact: The Kansas City Chiefs made a massive splash in free agency, signing Kenneth Walker III. However, the depth behind him was extremely thin, with Brashard Smith as the next man up. Emmett Johnson should be the Chiefs' No. 2 running back and has fantasy upside, especially given Walker's injury history.
The Minnesota Vikings have selected TE Max Bredeson with the No. 159 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.
Fantasy Impact: Bredeson was used primarily as an H-back tight end at Michigan, but probably translates better to a fullback-type of role in the NFL. He's a great lead blocker and does a great job cleaning up running lanes. Bredeson likely won't provide much offensively in the box score, but he'll fill a very valuable role for the Vikings - similar to a Kyle Juszczyk or a Patrick Ricard type of player.

Fantasy Impact: The Denver Broncos were a popular team to take a tight end in the second round of the 2026 NFL Draft. Instead, they waited until the fifth round and got a steal in Joly. He could have a role as a rookie and eventually replace Evan Engram as the team's top receiving tight end.

Fantasy Impact: The Arizona Cardinals continue to improve their offense, adding Reggie Virgil after drafting Jeremiyah Love and Carson Beck. Virgil should compete with Kendrick Bourne for the No. 3 wide receiver spot as a rookie.

Fantasy Impact: The New Orleans Saints took Jordyn Tyson with their first-round pick, but the team lacked depth at wide recevier, leading to them selecting Bryce Lance. The former North Dakota State star is an excellent athlete and will give Tyler Shough a big downfield target to pair with Tyson and Chris Olave.
