Bills WR Gabe Davis has officially been ruled out for Sunday’s matchup with Kansas City. (Source: Ari Meirov on Twitter )

Fantasy Impact: Head coach Sean McDermott ruled out Davis early on Friday as the wide receiver has yet to see the practice field since injuring his knee in Week 18. Khalil Shakir and Trent Sherfield should see a bump in targets in Davis’ absence.

Buffalo Bills WR Stefon Diggs (foot, vet rest) did not practice on Thursday ahead of the AFC Divisional Round matchup with the Kansas City Chiefs. (Source: buffalobills.com)

Fantasy Impact: Diggs' late-season struggles have been well-documented; he has not cleared 100 yards since Oct. 15 and has cleared 65 yards just three times since then (12 games). The Chiefs have been steady defensively all year and present a difficult matchup for the veteran WR, especially without a reliable WR2 to help give Diggs better looks. He should be able to play Sunday, though.

Rasul Douglas was limited at practice on Wednesday. (Source: Maddy Glab on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Douglas was sidelined last week against the Steelers after getting hurt in Week 18. His return to practice puts him in a good spot to have a chance of returning this week against the Chiefs.

Josh Allen (stinger) is anticipated to play Sunday. (Source: Maddy Glab on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Bills' head coach Sean McDermott said Allen is still dealing with some soreness. The team will take it one day at a time, but McDermott anticipates Allen to be ready to play in Miami on Sunday.

Bills' coach Sean McDermott said he doesn't expect Matt Milano to return this season. (Source: Joe Buscaglia on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: "I believe that's a no go," McDermott told reporters. Milano suffered a fractured leg and torn ACL in Week 5, and will not return should Buffalo make the playoffs.

Bills' coach Sean McDermott said DaQuan Jones will play on Sunday against the Patriots. (Source: Ryan Talbot on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Jones had his practice window opened back on December 19. He suffered a torn pectoral muscle in Week 5 which led to him undergoing surgery. He recorded three sacks in the first four weeks and will be a huge addition to get back for the Buffalo defensive line.

Bills' coach Sean McDermott said he believes S Micah Hyde will be playing Sunday against the Patriots. (Source: Joe Buscaglia on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Hyde has been sidelined the past two weeks after getting injured in Week 14. Taylor Rapp has started in his absence, but Hyde should return to his starting role barring any setbacks.

The Buffalo Bills activated Kaiir Elam to their roster from injured reserve, setting him up for a Week 17 return. (Source: Buffalo Bills on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Elam has not played since Oct. 22, spending time on injured reserve with an ankle injury. A former first-round pick, Elam has struggled in his career, often finding himself inactive even when healthy but made two starts this season due to injuries.

A.J. Epenesa is day to day with his rib injury. (Source: Alaina Getzenberg on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Epenesa has missed each of the last two weeks due to a rib injury, but head coach Sean McDermott said the fourth-year pass rusher's condition is improving. Epenesa has racked up 6.5 sacks over 13 games so far this season.

Bills' coach Sean McDermott said James Cook is expected to return to practice on Thursday. (Source: Chris Brown on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Cook missed practice on Wednesday, but it was due to an illness and not an injury. He is coming off one of the best games of his career and will look to carry that momentum the rest of the way as Buffalo looks to sneak into the playoffs.

Bills' coach Sean McDermott said DT Jordan Phillips is heading to Injured Reserve. (Source: Joe Buscaglia on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Phillips injured his wrist last week and underwent surgery. He will miss at least four games as a result, which would extend into the playoffs should Buffalo make it.

Dalton Kincaid (thumb/shoulder) is good to go for Week 15's game against the Dallas Cowboys. (Source: Buffalo Bills PR on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: The rookie has been limited at practice all week by a pair of injuries affecting his thumb and shoulder, but neither of them are serious enough to give him an injury designation heading into the weekend. He will play and should be a solid starting option in PPR formats, even against a tough Dallas defense.

Dawson Knox was a full participant in practice on Wednesday. (Source: Buffalo Bills PR on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Knox caught all three of his targets in his return last week against the Chiefs. He remains off the fantasy radar nonetheless.

Buffalo Bills WR Trent Sherfield, who is dealing with an ankle injury, returned to the practice field on Thursday with a limited session. (Source: Adam Caplan on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Sherfield was estimated as a DNP in Wednesday's walkthrough after he left early during Week 10's prime-time game. On a short week, though, he returned to the field Thursday. Sherfield is fourth on the team in WR snaps and plays a more important role with TE Dawson Knox out, though his statistical impact has been minimal (53 yards on the season).

The Bills are placing Damien Harris (neck) on their injured reserve, knocking him out for at least four games. (Source: Adam Schefter on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Harris suffered a scary neck injury in Week 6 that required him to leave the field in an ambulance, and although it turned out to be not as serious as originally thought, it's still a bad enough injury to land him on injured reserve. He will be out for the next four games at the very least, which will open the door for Latavius Murray to get more work in his extended absence.

Ed Oliver has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Patriots. (Source: Around the NFL on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Oliver missed practice all week, so it was expected he would be ruled out. He did not have the injury designation in practice last week, so he likely picked up the injury last Sunday against the Giants.

Damar Hamlin is officially inactive Week 5 against Jacksonville in London. (Source: Buffalo Bills on Twitter )

Fantasy Impact: One week removed from making his debut following a cardiac arrest on the field last season, Hamlin is once again inactive. The Bills’ defense has been humming along all season, even in their lone loss to the Jets. Hamlin’s inactive status does not effect Bills’ DST managers from running them out there in London.

Tre'Davious White (Achilles) has been placed on IR, ending his season. (Source: Adam Schefter on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: White recently suffered a torn Achilles that will force him to miss the remainder of the season. They officially put him on IR to confirm that and to make room for Von Miller, who is coming off of the PUP list. Buffalo's defense has been elite so far this season, but it will be tough for them to account for the loss of the star cornerback moving forward.

Von Miller (knee) has officially been activated from the PUP list. (Source: Adam Schefter on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Miller hasn't appeared in a game so far this year, as he's been on the PUP list while recovering from the torn ACL he suffered last season. He was able to return to practice this week, and the team is now activating him ahead of their Week 5 matchup against the Jaguars. He looks set to play and will offer a huge boost to Buffalo's already elite defense for the rest of the season.

Greg Rousseau (foot) will not play Sunday against the Jaguars. (Source: Alaina Getzenberg on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Rousseau has been out of practice all week due to his foot injury. The third-year defensive end has racked up three sacks through the first four weeks of the season, so this is certainly a blow to the Bills' pass rush.
