Fantasy Impact: Allen was present at the start of the Bills offseason program. He underwent foot surgery in the offseason, but he's entering camp fully healthy.
Dalton Kincaid (knee) not expected to require offseason surgery

Fantasy Impact: It came out after the season that Kincaid played the 2025 season with a torn PCL. As of now, he should be healthy heading into the Bills offseason program.
