The signing of former Seahawk Kasen Williams made Higgins expendable. A prolific producer at Colorado State, "Hollywood" was projected as a 2nd-3rd round pick before delivered a bomb of a combine, measuring out in the 4th percentile of WR SPARQ. The former 5th rounder will now yo-yo on and off practice squads and despite being only 23 he is droppable in all formats.
