Higgins finished third on the team in targets but was unable to capitalize on those looks. The veteran wideout will be a low-end flex option in Week 12 against the Ravens.

Higgins finished third on the team with his four targets. The veteran wideout has been outproducing Odell Beckham Jr. for much of the year but he is still not a recommended fantasy option for Week 9 against the Bengals.
