Rashard Higgins

Per Jake Trotter, former Browns wide receiver Rashard Higgins has agreed to a one-year deal with the Panthers.

Fantasy Impact

Carolina adds some needed depth to their wide receiver core with the addition of Higgins. The 27-year-old out of Colorado State had a down year last season with the run-heavy Browns. Unfortunately, going to the Panthers does not increase his value enough to make him appealing in fantasy.

Higgins committed at least one drop as he has not played well of late. He will take on the Bengals in Week 18.

Higgins finished tied for the team lead in receiving in the close loss in his second-best receiving game of the season. Higgins will not be a recommended fantasy option in Week 17 against Pittsburgh.

Higgins had been inactive over the past two games but suited up thanks to Jarvis Landry landing on the reserve/COVID-19 list. Higgins will not be on the fantasy radar in Week 16 against the Packers.
