Scott Tolzien will start Week 1

Scott Tolzien will start Week 1 against the Rams as Andrew Luck has been ruled out due to a shoulder injury. Jacoby Brissett was acquired via trade and Tolzien will probably have a short leash in this game. (Bob Kravitz on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Tolzien is not a fantasy option even against the Rams and even in two-quarterback leagues. If Brissett does start, he's worth a look in deeper leagues, two-quarterback leagues or DFS play.
