Andrew Luck begins throwing

by Anthony Cervino | Tue, Mar 27th 7:30am EDT

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport is reporting Indianapolis Colts head coach Frank Reich told the press QB Andrew Luck has begun throwing a football. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Rapoport is adding that Reich is "optimistic Luck will cut it loose at some point during the offseason" and believes the ailing signal caller's health is trending in the "right direction." This is outstanding news for Colts fans and Luck's fantasy owners alike. At this point last offseason, it was still unclear about his progression, but currently, Luck's recovery appears on track. From a fantasy perspective, this is a good sign and exactly what I was looking for to begin buying shares of Luck as well as the weapons around him that include T.Y. Hilton and Ryan Grant. Anticipating that the Colts will add running back help via the upcoming NFL Draft and the Colts offense could pick up right where it left off the last time Luck's health was in good standing back in 2015.
