Thomas Rawls released by Jets

New York Daily News writer Manish Mehta tweeted that the Jets have waived running back Thomas Rawls. The move came as no surprise, as Rawls was slow to recover from nagging injuries and never really contended for a roster spot in a thin Jets' backfield. (Manish Mehta via Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Rawls has done precious little since his breakout 2015 rookie campaign. He averaged just 3.02 yards-per-carry during the last two years in Seattle. Rawls has the feel of a "one-year wonder" player who is well off the fantasy radar, even in dynasty.
