Keke Coutee INACTIVE Week 13

Oft-injured Texans' rookie wideout Keke Coutee will not play in Week 13 versus the Cleveland Browns. Coutee has been plagued by a bum hamstring all season and will once again be sidelined by the ailment. (Drew Doughtery via Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
This has been a recurring issue for Coutee, who is likely to be rested until he and the club feel he's close to 100%. Coutee hasn't been much of a factor since he debuted, so he can safely be dropped in redraft leagues. Demaryius Thomas and DeAndre Carter should see a few extra looks in the passing game.
