Arizona promotes James Bettcher to Defensive Coordinator

Fantasy Impact:
It was well reported that Arizona was looking to promote from within the staff instead of looking outside. They were unable to reign in Dick LeBeau as a advisor, so they may still look for some help as Bettcher is a pretty green coach. The Cardinal D/ST should still be a top unit next year as the scheme will not be changing, and theoretically at some point in the season they will be regaining the troubled but budding superstar LB Daryl Washington.
