Browns safety Damarious Randall was ejected from Thursday night's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers after delivering a helmet-to-helmet hit to Steelers wide receiver Diontae Johnson in the third quarter. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

Thursday's game has been filled with injuries, and league officials were likely sensitive to the Randall hit after Steelers wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster left the game earlier in the night after receiving multiple hits to his head on the same play.
