Bilal Powell rushed seven times for 27 yards in the Jets' Week 17 win over the Bills.
Fantasy Impact:
Powell is now headed to free agency, and the market will likely be lukewarm at best. Powell may land on a roster for 2020, but likely as nothing more than a backup or veteran presence. Powell figures not to carry any relevant fantasy value in 2020.
