Fantasy Impact:
Ruggs put up a blazing time in the 40-yard dash, but that wasn't his only solid performance of the night. Ruggs also jumped 42 inches in the vertical jump and 131 inches in the broad jump. These are elite numbers and Ruggs may have solidified his stock as a Top-15 draft pick on draft day. Ruggs is much more than just a speed player though and he's going to make an immediate impact in the NFL. His Dynasty stock is up after this performance.
