Corey Fuller to be a third-year wide receiver breakout?

According to the Detroit Lions' website, the team is "very high" on rising third-year wide receiver Corey Fuller. (Detroitlions.com)
Fantasy Impact:
A 2013 sixth-round pick out of Virginia Tech, Fuller took a big step forward as a sophomore with 4.4 speed plus a 6-foot-2, 200 frame. While he probably won't make a fantasy dent behind Calvin Johnson and Golden Tate, Fuller could conceivably fill a Robert Meachem or Devery Henderson-type clear-out role in ex-Saints assistant Joe Lombardi's offense.
