Fantasy Impact:

Jernigan said, “Guess I'm not going to Houston, but the show not ova.” The Texans were reportedly awaiting his physical results before the signing could become official and the deal never got processed. However, Jernigan has now been cleared by Dr. Robert Watkins, and is expected to draw interest from multiple teams. In his six-year NFL career, Jernigan has played for both the Ravens and the Eagles, accumulating 132 tackles and 17.5 sacks.
