Alshon Jeffery’s rehab is going well, however, no timetable for return

While speaking to reporters, Eagles head coach Doug Pederson said of WR Alshon Jeffery’s status, “rehab is going well, no timetable though.” (Tim McManus on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Pederson went on to state that Jeffery is “a big part of our offense and we do plan to have him in our offense at some point." It sounded like Coach was hopeful that he’d only miss a few weeks, but he wasn’t willing to commit to a date. Jeffery has battled injuries of late in his career, and it seems like he’ll continue that battle into the 2020 season. He’s a risky proposition for fantasy owners looking for stability at the WR position. Look for the Eagles to rely heavily on their two tight ends, Zach Ertz and Dallas Goedert, and WRs DeSean Jackson, J.J. Arcega-Whiteside, and Jalen Reagor.
