Fantasy Impact:

This is the first we’ve heard of an NFL team telling any of its players to report to camp. Unfortunately, there’s still no agreement between the league and the NFLPA on outstanding issues, but under the collective bargaining agreement, teams have the right to tell players to report to camp. The rest of the team is scheduled to report on Saturday, July 25. It’ll be up to the NFLPA to file a grievance if the Chiefs or any other team is not in compliance with health and safety protocols. It’s good news that Edwards-Helaire and other rookies will be reporting on time, but only time will tell on whether or not it’s safe for the rest of the league to do so per the NFL schedule.
