Michael Bennett announces retirement

Bennett played 11 seasons in the NFL with the Buccaneers, Seahawks, Eagles, Patriots and Cowboys. “Football means so much to me,” said Bennett. "I love the rush of walking into the stadium, the thrill of action, and even the pain. I love the “safe haven” that the game can provide, and especially loves the brotherhood of a team." The 34-year-old finishes his career with 69.5 sacks, 10 forced fumbles, three fumble recoveries and one touchdown across 156 games.
