Alshon Jeffery (foot) plans to practice this week

Fantasy Impact:
As will DeSean Jackson (hamstring). Jeffery has yet to play this year and shouldn't be counted on in fantasy leagues until we see him produce. If active, Pittsburgh is a brutal Week 5 matchup for Jeffery and the rest of the Philadelphia wideouts.
