Jordan Raanan of ESPN is reporting that free agent WR Kelvin Benjamin is working out for the Giants as a tight end. (Jordan Raanan on Twitter )

Fantasy Impact:

Benjamin is trying out for the Giants this weekend but as a tight end, not a wide receiver. He's hasn't played in the NFL since 2018. The 30-year-old was drafted by GM David Gettleman in Carolina in the first round of the 2014 NFL Draft. He hauled in 25 catches on 62 targets for 380 yards and one touchdown for the Bills/Chiefs in 2018. Benjamin will try to compete for a roster spot at the tight end position behind Evan Engram and Kyle Rudolph.
