Bennie Fowler III signs with the 49ers

Fantasy Impact:
Fowler inks a one-year deal with San Francisco on Friday, the details of the contract are currently unknown. The 49ers waived WR Marqise Lee in a corresponding move. Fowler hauled in two receptions for 11 yards over five games with the Saints in 2020. The 29-year-old wideout missed most of last season after undergoing shoulder surgery to repair his labrum and rotator cuff. Fowler is a depth signing and will try to make the roster during training camp.
