Bennie Fowler III
WR - NO
Week 2 Outlook
Former Giants and Broncos WR Bennie Fowler III has signed a deal with the New Orleans Saints.
Fowler spent the last two seasons with the Giants after spending four years in Denver. He has caught just 95 passes for 1,090 yards and six TDs in his six-year career, but he’ll have an opportunity to fight for the WR4 position for the Saints behind Michael Thomas, Emmanuel Sanders, and Tre’Quan Smith.
Giants wide receiver Bennie Fowler caught three of his six targets for 22 yards in Monday's loss to the Dallas Cowboys.
Even with Sterling Shepard out, Fowler hasn't managed to catch more than four passes or top 35 yards receiving in any of the last three games.
Giants wide receiver Bennie Fowler caught one of his two targets for just three yards in Sunday's win over Washington.
Fowler has caught just two passes over the last two weeks, and his role will be further reduced with the return of wide receiver Golden Tate next week.
Giants wide receiver Bennie Fowler caught just one pass for five yards in Sunday's win over the Buccaneers.
With Sterling Shepard back in the lineup on Sunday and Daniel Jones taking over at quarterback, Fowler was an afterthought in the Giants offense.
Giants wide receiver Bennie Fowler caught five of his 10 targets for 51 yards and added 20 yards on one rushing attempt in Sunday's loss to the Bills.
Despite only hauling in half of his targets, Fowler was New York's leading receiver on Sunday and took advantage of both Sterling Shepard and Golden Tate being out of the lineup. With the Giants likely getting Shepard back next week and Tate back in two more games, Fowler is unlikely to have a large role going forward.
