Cardinals Select Northern Iowa RB David Johnson with 86th Pick

Fantasy Impact:
A D-IAA running back, Johnson tore up the Combine, running a 4.50 40-yard dash with a 41 1/2-inch vertical and 10-foot-5 broad jump. During his four-year college career, Johnson rushed 866 times for 4,687 yards (5.41 YPC) and 49 TDs. In addition, he was effective in the passing game having accumulated 141 receptions and 14 more scores. Johnson will likely serve as a passing downs and complement to Andre Ellington. He will be a nice weapon out of the backfield for Carson Palmer.
