Former Philadelphia Eagles WR Jordan Matthews has been working out as a tight end at various camps after gaining 15 pounds of muscle and will work out for scouts at the HUB camp this weekend, per Ian Rapoport. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Matthews has not seen the field since being signed by the San Francisco 49ers mid-way through the 2019 season. The 28-year old wideout's first three seasons in the league with the Eagles were phenomenal, as he saw 100+ targets in each season and scored a total of 19 touchdowns. He could quickly become an asset at tight end for a team in need but will first need to work out in front of scouts at the upcoming HUB camp this weekend.
