Fantasy Impact:
We'll have to see how the Vikings list Cook's injury designation heading into the weekend, but there's obviously a chance that he could miss Week 3 against the Seahawks. Alexander Mattison should be rostered everywhere as of now. Minnesota will likely update Cook's status later today.
