Pharoh Cooper rushed for three yards on one attempt and caught one of two targets for six yards.
Fantasy Impact:
Cooper should not be considered a fantasy relevant player, Cooper was only targeted because Kadarius Toney was out. Even while Toney is out Cooper shouldn't be considered as a fantasy option in any league formats, unless more Giants wide receivers were to miss time for some reason.
