Fantasy Impact:
Diggs suffered a broken fibula and dislocated ankle in Week 18, and underwent surgery in January. He has expressed interest in staying in Seattle. There is a chance the Seahawks place the franchise tag on him, potentially even to extend the time for the two sides to come to an agreement on a contract extension.
