Aaron Wilson of Sports Talk 790 reports that former Texas A&M OL Kenyon Green and the Houston Texans have agreed to terms on a 4-year, $15.9 million deal that is fully guaranteed. (Aaron Wilson, Sports Talk 790)
Green, who was the 15th overall pick in last month’s draft, is a versatile lineman who should be able to step in and contribute from day one. Green saw action at every position on the offensive line during his three years at Texas A&M, but he is expected to play left guard for the Texans. In 2022, Green will be tasked with helping keep QB Davis Mills upright and creating rushing lanes for two new Texans' RBs in veteran Marlon Mack and rookie Dameon Pierce.
