Terry McLaurin solid in limited action Saturday
by Sammy Schulman | Commanders Correspondent | Sat, Aug 20th 7:18pm EDT
Terry McLaurin played 95% of the snaps with Carson Wentz and the starters on Saturday against the Chiefs and hauled in both of his targets for 27 yards.
Fantasy Impact:
Wentz has only had two 1,000-yard receivers in his career (Zach Ertz and Michael Pittman Jr.) and McLaurin hasn't had consistent quarterback play. Wentz should be the best quarterback McLaurin has had during his time in Washington and is certainly the most talented. Wentz loves to sling the rock, and McLaurin is one of the best in the NFL in terms of contested catches. This tandem should allow McLaurin to have his best fantasy season yet if all goes well. Draft McLaurin as mid-tier WR2 in fantasy drafts this season.
