Tee Higgins clears concussion protocol, will play Week 2

Tee Higgins (concussion) has progressed through the protocol, and barring a setback, he's expected to play today against the Cowboys, according to NFL insider Ian Rapoport. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The Bengals are playing a late game against the Cowboys this week, so this is a great early report for fantasy managers. Higgins is good to go and should be in all fantasy lineups.
